Privacy policy

Andreas Krause Architects Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We process personal data in connection with the delivery of architectural services, including client, consultant and project-related contact information. Personal data is collected only where necessary and is used for defined business and contractual purposes.

Data is stored securely within managed cloud environments (including Microsoft 365 and Dropbox Business), with appropriate technical and organisational measures in place, such as access controls, encryption, and secure authentication, to protect confidentiality and integrity.

We may share personal data with consultants, service providers or IT systems where required for project delivery, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, this is protected by recognised legal mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Requests can be made by contacting us at: contact@krausearchitects.com

We maintain procedures for identifying and responding to data breaches and will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and affected individuals where required.

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Two pages load resources from third parties: the typeface comes from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google map. Those requests are made by your browser to Google and are subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
