Dancing Towers

Masterplan · Bangalore, India

Architecture can take its rhythm from a place’s own culture. On the edge of Bangalore, the cadence of classical South Indian dance and the stepped geometry of ancient temples and sacred mountains are translated into a family of distinct, stepping towers across a 170,000m² residential masterplan.

A continuous plinth binds the towers at their base, linking each to shared retail and gathering spaces; above, the stepped stacking gives every apartment its own terrace or garden, so that greenery and open air climb the full height of the scheme rather than staying at the ground.

Place, connection and a long view of sustainability shape a community that could belong nowhere else.
